Lymecycline and Minocycline

do you know, if Lymecycline is equivalent to Minocycline, in terms of its efficiencyc in chronic, persistent lyme and co treatments? I have recently found this - see below, and it seems that this Doctor is using it in similiar way as mino. Any personal experience? Thank you very much, B

thank you for your answer and clarifications. I have tried to google it, but did not find many clear indications, but luckily open ai gpt chat 4 gave quite clear information about minocycline being the atb with best penetration to CNS and brain from among all 1,2nd and 3d generations of tetracyclines.

From other area - in pulsing Abx, is one encrouaged to continue taking Abx, even after 3 weeks, (when according to protocol, one is supposed to take off-week), but still herxing? Eg if there is still herx as response on abx, shall one nevertheless interrupt abx and go off?
