Thanks for posting. This drug looks promising..

I worry for chronic cases about the lengthy half life. That’s why it’s so effective I suppose and why so little is needed. But I’m a bit hesitant to be one of the first to see how that herx and 1-2 weeks goes after dosing.

Loski - I have used Tafenoquine as Arakoda (100mg version). That long half life had me using a much lower loading dose than the cited study used (600mg).

New research indicates "radical" success with tafenoqine and atovoquone against babesia.

I believe someone over on one of the Facebook Bartonella groups if claiming clearance of bartonella in addition to babesia.

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply. Yes the half-life is a bit intimidating! That's a good idea to use a lower loading dose carlnpa. Unfortunately, I'm not able to get Tafenoquine.
