trying to get a diploma with migraines. please help..

I am 18 years old and a freshman at community college. I have suffered from migraines for 4 years since the beginning of my sophomore year in high school. My migraines got to the point that I was having a migraine that lasted 4-5 days every week. My junior year I missed 90 days of school. I had seen multiple doctors, neurologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, cranial massage therapist, Iowa City pain clinic, Iowa City headache clinic, and Mayo neurology ward. My grades had dropped significantly and had been academically ineligible for more than one extra curricular activity more than one time. second semester junior year, the school set up for me to be home bound (which is when a teacher comes to your home and teaches you the curriculum) which did not help since no matter how many times my teacher told me something, I still was not well enough to comprehend the information they were telling me. By my senior year I was so depressed i tried to commit suicide by over dosing.. luckily I told my mom what I had done and lived after spending 3 days in intensive care. second semester I dropped out of high school and though a community college got my C.O.R.E diploma. I finished my diploma in 2 weeks, and got a job at a local financial company, which I eventually got fired from for absence. after high school my migraines subsided significantly. Since going back to school my migraines have come back. My biggest fear is that i will re- live my high school career. My college has tried to set up accommodations for me with the special needs coordinator, but the only ones that I was eligible for were sitting near the door, and leaving class and returning without penalty. I am trying to find a way to graduate. Please if you have any suggestions or comments to help me set up a plan with the school to help not only me, but future migraineurs that would be amazing.
