head neck pain

hi all.could any1 plz help, its driving me crazyyyyy any ideas wot the cause could be; i get these head aches frequently. i believe. it may be called he occipital bone o sumthing like that. id be gr8full 4 any help or advice. thank u. Plz plz help

hi not sure how 2 work forum yet. The pain is from the back ov my neck it travels up into my head causing terribale headache migraine? Head pain. Not sure exactly what it is 2 be honest just no Gtp really painfull an lasts 4 days if i dont Hev rid ov it straight away. My pain killers kapake do not relive it at all. If i bend head back as tho looking 2 the sky. That is were the pain seems 2 be coming from. If that helps.
