her i am again 8th day and no releif. missed work and went to get x-rays and bloodwork. start meds today.hope this goes away.thank god for this site because e veryone that knows me thinks im just crying wolf. actually im just crying.all of my symptoms go away only when i am in the shower then starts back. i just want to get answers. talk about

 a lifechanging things.it seems like it is consuming me and the world is passing me by.anyway will keep yall posted. thanks

Hi, just a thought .. when someone who has no history of headaches has a long-term headache, sinus pops into my mind. I had this happen years ago. A bad sinus infection

can really create terrible headaches, i saw an allergist and got a Dose-pak (7 days of a type of prednisone). It can really knock out a sinus problem. also, a couple of months ago (I have had migraines bout 2-3 years) my neurologist suggested the Dose-pak to "break the cycle"

It did the trick, i was migraine free for a couple of weeks afer the dosepack after having

about a 10-day migraine and going to the ER, when even morphine didnt help.

I can really relate to your pain. I have chronic migraines, sometimes daily. If I'm lucky I only get them 3-4 days a week. I've tried alot of different meds, but nothing seems to help alot. When I get a migraine the pain starts out in my right temple then eventually the I feel alot of pressure and stress in the base of my skull. Pain also down into my shoulders. It's terrible being in pain so much. Are any of you on disability because of your migraines??

I want to work but with constant headaches it would be hard to hold down a full time job. I also have a protuding disc and degenerative disc. along with sciatica. I'm a mess, lol

Just curious because along with the pressure I get, I also get very lightheaded when I do anything physical. From just lowering my head to read something to lifting weights, everything makes me lightheaded!!


I have very similar symptoms to what you are experiencing. I have also wondered if it is something more (inner ear/etc) since I also get light headed/dizzy most of the time. my forehead also feels very tight & i feel relief from pushing the skin down from the top of my skull down to my eyes. also, ever since my temples/hairline have receded, my headaches have gotten much worse. can these headaches be related to hairloss in the temple region?? i wonder because i used to have long hair & always would pull it tight back in a ponytail, but that was over 10 yrs ago. just curious if you found relief since these posts?
