Please read! Need advice!!!

For a few years now I have been getting headaches. When I get them I get bad pressure behind my eyes, pressure in my head, when I stand up from sitting or laying down I get dizzy and my vision turns black for about 10 seconds, and I get a throbbing in the right side of my head in the front and back. Theres a line of pain on the right side of my neck that runs up the right side of my head and my shoulders and neck get very tight. Are these typical signs of tension headaches or could it be an aneurysm? I read that aneurysm' cause bad nausea which I don't get but I do play a lot of video games while sitting in a computer chair which can cause bad tension. Any advice???

I seen my doctor today he thinks it is migrains being triggered by some nerve damage... I'm 18 and I have chrons disease, acid reflux, chronic lower back pain, and now severe migrains with possible nerver damage ... Well I consider myself lucky at least I don't have cancer or something worse like aids. Yes I did stop playing games for a few months and the headaches went away mostly so it is most likely the games but the numbness is what freaks me out
