Great mood causing headaches!

Hi, So I have gotten migraines before on rare occasions, however this year alone I have gotten 3 (which for me is a lot). they are always the same.. blurred vision on my left side and horrible headache. Nauseous, sensitivity to light, etc. However, it seems that I get them on the days I am in a great mood. Could it be a coincidence, I do not know..but when I think back to each migraine I can pinpoint that I woke up in a fantastic mood. Does this occur with anyone else? Thanks! Nichole.

When I was a child my father got terrible migraines and they were often preceded by an, almost out of character, giddy fun-loving mood. We came to dread them because it almost always meant an aura and then headache was coming next.

My own migraines are not preceded by an aura usually, but my husband says I get very assertive right before a headache, and I sometimes wake in the middle of the night with a migraine after a very active, happy day.
