Numbness in the face, arms, and legs.

I have a light numbness around my whole face, pressure behind my eyes and in my head, numbness in my arms and hands, throbbing in my head mainly the right side, pressure by my right temple, severe fatigue, severe tension in my neck and shoulders, loss of appetite. What is this?

I very often have traveling pins and needles sensations with my migraines, and also have issues with neck and shoulder tension that also causes the same issues with my arm and hands. I also lose my appetite and get very tired with my migraines. If you haven't been to a doctor, it's probably a good idea to at least rule out other potential causes. I hope you feel better soon.
