I really for, for you guys!! I have daily chronic migraines, haven't found a med yet that has helped me. Right now I just take fiorcet, and zanaflex but only at night because they make me sooo tired. I honestly just have to deal with the pain. I've tried to stay away from pain meds, and my neurologist agrees. He says the more I take them the more I need them...and you can become addicited to them. It's so hard for me to plan my days, never know how I'm going to feel. I have a Ladies Conference this weekend in Johnson City Tn ~ guest speakers Chondra Pierce, Karen Kingsbury.... and several christian singers Jeremy Camp...can't remember the rest. I know that I'll have a migraine I just pray it's not bad. I can't handle really loud sounds. I'll be working there too, so I won't have to be right in there with all the loud music. I so wish I didn't have to worry about this pain, but it's my life. I don't live in a large city so there aren't any headache clinics near by.
I've been reading up on Nerve Decompression Surgery. There are very few doctors that do this surgery. I got a call from Dr. Blake at the Houston Tx headache clinic. They wanted me to set up a time I could come in for a consultation, that's not an easy thing when you live in another state. Praying for the answer to come soon, before loose my mind. Wishing you all a pain free weekend!
Many Blessings,
Mercyme/Cindy
