Dizziness with Migraines

 

  Do any of you get any dizziness when you get a migraine??  I have had migraines for over 20 years, but as time has went by I now have daily chronic migraines. I have just started getting a little dizzy now with my migraines. feeling of being a little off balance.  Have any of you experienced this with your migraines?   Kinda of worries me since it has never happened before, and that I've had migraines for so long now I have a new symptom.  I take fiorcet, and zanaflex to help with the migraines at night, but during the day I pretty much tough it out. I have tried so many medications for migraines and none of them help me. I've taken topamax, maxalt, imitrex, relpax, zomig, klonipan.....my list goes on and on.

Oh my, yes. Even when I am lying perfectly still in bed, praying for sleep I feel dizzy with my migraines, and it is even worse when I stand up. But I think Smurfyshadow had good advice- it is always a good idea to check with your doctor regarding any symptom that is new to you.
