Where would you say is the best headache center in the states?

Hey Suzane. I keep hoping that one day I will sign on here and you will have some good news. I am so sorry for your pain, and I know what you are going through. I responded to the post you wrote me in chronic pain. Did you see it? I am beginning to think that there is no end in sight. I am lucky at the moment that I am getting some relief from the oxycontin. Just don't know how long it will last as I am already noticing that it doesn't seem to help as much or for as long. Did you have any luck with the ketamine infusions at all? I sure wish something would work for you. Head pain is the worst pain I experience. It completely consumes me, I cannot even think about anything else and end up in bed with an icepack the same as you. You are in my thoughts and prayers everyday. I suggest David Buchholz's book "Heal your Headache" I fillowed is diet suggestions and changed my dinner time beverage to zero, but little help. Regardless Dr. Buchholz's book is an excellent resource on medication and other advice. Other wide I have been treated at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals in Cleveland, had PT, TMJ treatment, accupuncture and lots of meds. It is almost laughable the money we spend on a desease that has no known cause, and no known cure. Last treatment was a nerve block. Waiting for the bill on that one, with a number 8 on the pain meter the next night. Next doc is signed me up for Botox coverage under Medicare. Buchholz says limited success on that one.

Now, a friend of a friend suggests Curamin. Anyone with luck on this one. Same question on marajuna. My UH doc has had patients with relief and others without. Ohio has legalized a synthetic made by Pfizer. Very expensive and my UH Doc would not prescribe it.

I'm about to suggest a sitcom on headaches and hope to laugh my self well. What else is left?
