I suggest David Buchholz's book "Heal your Headache" I fillowed is diet suggestions and changed my dinner time beverage to zero, but little help. Regardless Dr. Buchholz's book is an excellent resource on medication and other advice. Other wide I have been treated at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals in Cleveland, had PT, TMJ treatment, accupuncture and lots of meds. It is almost laughable the money we spend on a desease that has no known cause, and no known cure. Last treatment was a nerve block. Waiting for the bill on that one, with a number 8 on the pain meter the next night. Next doc is signed me up for Botox coverage under Medicare. Buchholz says limited success on that one.
Now, a friend of a friend suggests Curamin. Anyone with luck on this one. Same question on marajuna. My UH doc has had patients with relief and others without. Ohio has legalized a synthetic made by Pfizer. Very expensive and my UH Doc would not prescribe it.
I'm about to suggest a sitcom on headaches and hope to laugh my self well. What else is left?
