Hi Brandy. I feel for you dear, as I have been battling chronic migraine disease for over 50 years. At 60, I can easily agree with each respone you've already received, but unfortunately it is suffered by millions, known so little about
, and in most cases there's no cure. So, find a med that works for your system. With me, it must be aspirin-based NOT acetaminiphen - as are most migraine meds. Lifestyle, diet, triggers and causes (there are so many) all play a part. Moral support helps. Exercise, and, believe it or not,
most of all at least for me, PETS are the best therapy clinic in the world. I have a Newfoundland migraine assistance service dog, for the ocular (retinal) migraines that take my vision and the vertigo which takes my balance. People don't see a visible ailment, so they ignore you, but your pets know you are not right. Pets lower your blood pressure and that in itself is a big help for stabilizing health in general. Hope we all have been able to
open some avenues for you. Will keep you in my prayers. God Bless and take care. Val and Bubbles + 4 cats too
