Sounds like a migraine to me, I frequently get aching teeth, alongside sinus pain and neck pain with a migraine, it can linger for a week or so too
Hope this helps :)

I thought I had a toothache and went to the dentist who found nothing wrong and he told me it must be from my sinuses. It was. I will also get headaches if I blow my nose too hard. I have found a great help for that though. Nosedrops called Walfour in Walgreens. Nothing helps better than that at staving off headaches that start because of my nose.

You need to get checked out. I know that if it is a sinus infection medication needs to be taken. If that's ruled out and it is a migraine you can go from there.
