Hi,
You should consult a neurologist. I'm myself suffering from trigeminal neuralgia but I mistook it for migraine until my neurologist diagnosed it for me. Trigeminal Neuralgia is a worst pain in the world. It feels like some is giving you an electric shock or as if someone is beating you on one side of the face. The pain starts in the head, goes to the face, and enter the jaws of one side of the face. It is not fatal though debilitating. I would suggest that you should consult a neurologist at your earliest convenience for the correct diagnosis of your problem and if the doctor suggests do not hesitate to go for a MRI.
Take Care!
