Headache, one side of the head that's lasted over a month and more.

My girl has autism, seizures, sensory problems, cognitive problems, kindlers, cold utercaria, basically the list can go on and on. She's in the process of a second round of genetic testing done. She's had eegs, veeg except only lasted maybe a day on that, and MRI. The MRI was over a year ago so were the eegs. We were told her seizures may be non epileptic but he doesn't know cuz she has these seizures while she's sleeping or laying around, doing nothing, no triggers we can pinpoint so she got us and her doctors stumped on what's going on with her cuz she has several types of them. Anyways she use to be a huge head banger, still can be but getting better. Awhile ago we noticed her holding her right side of the head, we did find its always the same spot and til this day it bothers her. She all of sudden starts smacking things, screeching, and being loud and covers that side of her head like its killing her then she becomes angry. Nothing triggers it cuz she will wake up and fall asleep with the pain. she appears dizzy often too. We also noticed she started drooling easier. I want to her to get another MRI or get it checked but its very stressful for us to do that as she fights every step of the way. I'm wondering if this sounds like a migraine or could it be something worse? Or something else? The pain is right above her right ear more towards the top of her head then her ear though. Thanks.

I just started noticing she's starting to drop to the floor, and become dizzy. She's also been scratching that side of her head a lot. We have no idea hats going on with her.
