I have found a lot of comfort tonight in finding this forum. I had a typical (for me) migraine attack on June 18th of year and have not felt the same since. Extremely light sensitive, visual aura/disturbance, feeling that things are moving "too fast" around me, and pressure in my right eye, right eyebrow, and nasal area (sometimes feeling numb.) It's affected everything I do and I worry about whether or not I'll be able to go back to work. I'm on nortriptylin and propanyol at the moment. (Quit a prednisone burst after it caused panic and anxiety.) I get relief from exercise, a hot bath, massage, and reflexology but only temporarily. I'm a 33 year old mother of three small children and I need to be there for them and my husband. I went from being the caregiver of everyone to relying on help from everyone around me. What is working for others?
