Interesting reading, dehydration a trigger!

Hello all! Im a moderator from the CP forum who spent decades suffering migraines, not so much since starting menopause.
I was reading an article on CNN and got redirected to migraine.com website, specifically July 13,2011 an article titled dehydration as a trigger. Very in-depth article on dehydration and how and when it occurs and why its not a listed trigger.

Thought I would share and if it helps one headache then that's a plus!
