Hi Everyone,
I am also facing same problem for more than 8 years & I thought i was only person who is facing this problem, but when searched on google there are many people who suffer from this disorder.
My top head gets tightened specially when i sit still, I cannot meditate because of this.
As this problem is very unknown & doesn't seem to be a serious disease, but it do stoles our freedom.
I am trying many solutions for this.
Number 1 is doing Pranayam that is Breathing exercises specially Anulom Vilom Pranayam.
Number 2 is using Subliminal Messaging to make myself more Healthy.
Number 3 is using Acupressure, pressing the on the top of Thumbs, this is a Brain point for acupressure. (You can Google Search for Acupressure points for Head)
And finally by a technique I ask my subconscious mind for a solution for this.
I firmly believe there is a solution for this. I will be Happy to share it when i find one.
