Aspartame is in low fat or light yogurt, specifically Yoplait - it's listed under another name, phenylalanine.
The reason I asked you these questions is aspartame and the dozen or so names it hides under, is in 6000+ food and drink items now (even medications and some vitamins).
Aspartame has been documented to induce 92 side effects. Migraines is #1.
If it's not in your system, then don't worry but if I were you, I'd read every single label. It's even hidden in ingredient lists that state natural flavorings.
Aspartame/artificial sweeteners are neurotoxins. To be avoided at all costs.
