I had a problem with constant headaches that impacted my life in multiple ways. Sometimes I got up with a headache which seemed to get better with a little extra sleep which could then make me late. When the headaches were bad, my blood pressure was elevated. Monitoring food, consistent sleep habits, limiting stress, exercising, consistent meals all helped somewhat but bad headaches seemed waiting to happen. One doctor thought my blood pressure was somewhat elevated and suggested medication which I resisted but finally tried it after a serious hospitalization for something possibly related.
My gosh what an improvement.
Today at a meeting, I was 1 and 1/2 late for my usual breakfash which would have mean one m$$%f headache. Now I was a little tired and no headache and have reduced headaches by 90% and feel normal.
