Around the las week of January I had a cold and I didn't go to the doctor. Then around Thursday 11 of February I felt in the morning a strange pressure on my left temple. The pressure came and went during the day for the next 2 weeks, naproxen and paracetamol didn't work but ibuprofen made it go away for a while. I stopped taking it and the morning of last Wednesday was the last time I felt it. The pressure was on my left temple only and felt as if someone was pressing with the tip of their finger, no pain, but the last times I felt it it wasn't so high in my temple anymore it was about
a fingertip or two away from the edge of my eye. I'm still worried it might be something bad. Could it have been just a tension headache or because of the cold? I don't feel it anymore. Has anyone else felt this?
These weeks were proyects and midterms weeks, and my parents have told me it could have been because of the pressure of having to study and do so many essays at the same time, but I think that there have been times where I have had many more things to hand in and I've never felt this before. However, Wednesday morning was when I took my last (what I consider) "hard" exam, and there was less to study for the last two tests.
I had also been feeling some lumps on my pillow and after I fixed it I felt as if I slept better and was more relaxed during the morning and I usually sleep on my left side, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
On Friday I touched my left temple a bit and it felt a bit strange but no extreme pressure as it was before. I'm just worried it might be something bad, but I feel great other than that and I haven't felt it since Wednesday. What could it be?
