Can anyone tell me if this is MAV

I have been having 24/7 dizzy sensation of rocking/swaying. I have seen my ENT who has suggested migraines with vertigo. The symptoms I have our daily I feel like I'm rocking and swaying, when I walk my balance feels off, I have a slight headache in the front of my head and neck tension with it, I don't have the headache daily but at times when I get the bad dizziness I have a headache for 2 to 3 days, I also have anxiety all the time, but I don't know if migraine associated vertigo is the dizziness every day without the headache. I know you don't have to have the headache with this but is it normal to have the dizziness every day? I'm very confused about this so I'm looking for some answers from other people who may have this. I work all day five days a week and very stressed and don't know if that is causing more anxiety and when I'm anxious the dizziness is bad. I had dizziness whether I am standing sitting or walking around. Sometimes when I'm walking I feel like I'm bouncing up-and-down on the floor is moving, sometimes when I'm looking around and I see like the room is moving up-and-down like on a boat and that is how my dizziness feels like I am on a boat and rocking. If anyone has any advice or can explain the migraine and vertigo I would appreciate it

I think I have migraine with vertigo. No pain tho, but I will say, I HAD THE ANXIETY for sure. Go to the neuro! Go get some sea bands they may help. I'm not going to recommend over the counter stuff because I don't know your situation, but assess that for yourself. You should know that if it is migraine with vertigo, there vertigo can come before, after, while, or long after your attack BUT it won't last forever. So see a neruo, and relax a little, try to get some vertigo relief from like a sea band or something....hope you feel better. I had vertigo for a month and 1/2 and it is HORRIBLE!!!!
