Hi everyone,
My wife and I (were both female) are trying to become pregnant, but I suffer from New Persistent Daily Chronic Headaches with Migraine. I haven’t had a pain free day in over 9 years. I am currently weaning off my narcotics (one of the VERY FEW medications that have worked for me) and I currently do IM injections of benadryl, which helps so much.
Because of the weaning, my migraine pain is coming back at full force and I don’t know what I am going to do once I become pregnant. What I am looking for is potential ideas to help diminish the pain during those nine months. Any lessening of the pain would be great. What has worked for other people? Anything I should avoid?
I appreciate any and all help!
