I think the fact that you mention the herpes outbreak may be important. There is obviously something else going on as well, but the HPV may be triggering the headache. HPV will encapsulate and lay dormant in the CNS, appearing under certain circumstances as an outbreak. Since it resides in the CNS, it will not only activate the CNS immune response, but may also lead to some of the other symptoms you're noting.
If, indeed, you are experiencing a CNS immune response, your best course of action to experience relief from the headache would be a triptan, which is a vasoconstrictor. It's possible if you relieve the CNS inflammation with the triptan, it may relieve some of your discomfort with the other symptoms as well, because they may be responding to pressure upon nerve centers.
