I developed intermittent headaches about
two years ago. The headaches actually have diminished but I have been left with bad anxiety, since my grandfather died from an aneurysm at age 60 (I'm 28). I have also had pretty constant facial tingling- not numbness but as if someone was rubbing a feather across my face---and neck pain. I can turn my neck from side to side but there's definitely discomfort that is worse in the morning. I also constantly grind my teeth. Coincidentally, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, mild degenerative disc issues in my cervical spine, and anxiety. All four these could explain the facial tingling, but it doesn't help put my mind at ease.
This morning, I woke up with a strange headache that lasted maybe 1 minute. I wouldn't call it the worst headache of my life, but it was definitely painful enough where if it had last more than a minute I would've been alarmed. Now I'm anxious that it was a warning headache.
I've had a CT, MRI (both without contrast) in the last 3 month and both were perfectly fine.
I'd love your thoughts and comments on anyone experiencing anxiety around headaches.
