This is how I look so much of the time. I am 69 yrs old and have had migrains since I was 13. I have one brother that has them something awful. Out of 5 of my children, 4 have migrains. I go to a migrain doctor in St. Louis, and he has given me back my life. I take D.H.E. 45 amples. I give myself the shots. The weather seems to control mine. So sometimes I have to take 1 shot a day. I also have Darvocet N 100, and Fioricet, and once in a while xanex .5mg. I don' take these all at the same time. I also have comprozine for upset stomach, if I don't catch it in time. I bought a heating pad called a "Bed Buddy" at Walgreens. You can put it in the freezer, or the microwave, and put it on your face, or around your neck. I love it hot. I also find prayer helps to calm me down(after the shot). Well, enought from me, except to tell you, it is much cheaper and quicker to give yourselves the shots, and they can be given with the small insulin needles. joycee and God bless you all !
