Welcome to the forum!
You may have issues with your vertebrae
My suggestions would be:
https://www.mindful.org/?s=pain+and+depressiona chiropractor with a neurology background
find a neurologist that works with a pain doc in the same practice. I live in NJ and go to Relievus. Both docs work to together. Took me 10 years to find this practice.
Acupuncture works, however, insurance does not cover and it gets expensive.
I also use Salon pas patches, the regular small ones, sometimes 2 on my neck. If my neck is bothering me and my head pain is low, I put the patches on and about
1/2 the times, I don't have to take my Tylenol 4.
The med you are on is more addictive that Tylenol 4. I suggest you have talk with your doc about
changing the med and splittng the tabs, taking 1/2 when your pain starts. This way it does not get severe.

I am also on the marajuana program. If you are in a state or country that allows you to smoke, see if you can get
Blue Silver Tip buds. . It is the best for migraines. Again I smoke before the pain gets severe. Trying to avoid narcs. Works 1/2 the time.
I hope some of this helps you.
Peace and strength
