I have daily chronic migraine pain
Levels range from 4 to 10. I also get complex migraines. triggers are weather and food mostly
I also have trigeminal neuralgia, hemicranial continual, A typical face gain and c1 to c6 vertebrae in my neck are bulging
I am on 250mg of topomax, and 10mg of a muscle relaxer at bed time
Tylenol 4 when needed
Morphine when all pains hit at once, saves 911 calls
I have tried all the shots and botox, nothing but bad side effects.
Never block trials in my neck worked, but Ins would not bay for the actual procedure.
Go figure
My pain is manageable at a 4 most days until around 5-7p. I did the following. about 4 years ago, it was a.hassle at first, but to reduce to the pain, it was worth it:
Went to whole food diet
Added fish removed red meat
Spinach instead of lettuce
Yams in stead of white potatos
FRESH fruit
Cereals like Cheerios, and Kashi,
All natural ice cream
28 oz. Of water per day or close to it
Yogurt, Cobain [check ingredients]
Reduce caffeine and sugars
NO:
Soda, except for ginger ale
Chocolate
Artificial ingredients
Food dies [red, yellow, blue]
These 2 are in everything!!! You will get to know products that dont.
Potato chips, Bugles are a great. .

Store bought cakes
