Complicated Migraines?

So I posted this in Lupus too, but I realized it may be better in here! I am 31 mother of 3 with SLE and several other crossover dx. I have complicated migraines. I also get migraines with light sens, nausea, vision chg, etc. But my concern right now is for the migraines I get about 3x week with partial paralysis on the Left side. I had a normal (hate that word) MRI and MRV of the brain 3 weeks ago. Dr's were worried I was having TIA's. I see the Neuro this Tues and was trying to think of questions I should be asking. If you have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.

HEMIPLEGIC MIGRAINES!!! I am diagnosed with them and I too have left sided partial paralysis along with peripheral vision loss on the left side, then pain on the right side of the head - HOWEVER - most of the time I get the partial paralysis aura and no "migraine pain" following the aura. I have been seeing my neurologist for a long time now and I have also had MRIs and CT scans because they thought it might be a TIA too when they first started. There are several exsisting threads on the Hemiplegic migraines with lots of helpful info.... Do you have any family history with the migraines? I have familial hemiplegic migraines -- a "gift" from my mother's side of the family. There are also -- I believe they are called Sporadic hemiplegic migraines - so no family connection. Google.com brings up many good websites with information on these -- just type in HEMIPLEGIC MIGRAINES and search! I hope this helps!!
