Of course everyone's triggers are different, but I hear that dark chocolate is usually less of a trigger as far as chocolate goes. I know that when I am migrainey, since chocolate is a trigger for me sometimes, that I will avoid at that time all together that it is not worth the risk.
I know how hard these food triggers are, but they do get easier to avoid as time goes on and you do accept them. Chocolate has also always been one of my stress relievers so it is particularly hard this time of the year. Good luck!
