One more Topamax and Surgery Question....

I meant to ask on my first post, has anyone had surgery while taking Topamax? If so, were any special precautions needed? Thanks again!

I had been on topamax (400mg daily) for years and never had any 'special precautions' for surgical procedures!

Hey missvirginiagirl,

I am also in VA! I have taken Topamax but didn't have any problems with surgery. The only med. I did have one with is opana er, it doesn't mix with surgery.
