head pressure and cannot focus right

hi all

hope this isd the right forums for this
i never had a headache and pressure before so when
about 14 days back woke up with stuffy nose
with sore throat
coughing, pressure front sides of my head felt like my head was in a vice 
my eyes had that slow motion feeling that everything was slow and had to blink a few times to focus or just before you to crosseyed feeling or blurry vison and took me about half to one second to focus as well i thought
 it my be cold or head cold or sinunes
the pressure in my head and side of head  was nearly 24/7  ,
 14 days later coughing and sore throat gone but
i still got the  feeling of cannot focus stright away and pressure to my
head mainly front of head comes and goes semi constant and now i got i feel like pressure behing my ears and i have to pop my ears like when in a plane all the time
yestreday i got spots and lines infront  in my eyes and bad head pressure twice i been taking 
sinus pills relieve the headaches a bit but its still there and my eyes still and front of forehead feels i cannot focus straight away still  is this sinuses are something esle after 2 weeks

ty sara the wife things it could be sinuses still but last few days the pressure still there mainly front of head and round to my ears and i get little pain now and again in my head but not as much but i still got the feeling behind my ears and got to pop them still but my main concern is the feeling with my eyes that it takes half to one second to focus all he time yes money tight but i will go to docs if got to if still same end of week ty agion

It can be either a chronic sinus infection or an inner ear infection. Either way, you need antibiotics. And to do that...looks like you get a trip to the doctor. Sorry. And most places can do payment arrangements too.
