any one know what i suffer from ??? is i migraine or tension headache

hi all i been for a couple of years suffering from eye problems but there more or less sorted them selves but my vision is very good and i dont need glasses, but for a year or so, i get up in the morning and i,m fine but as there day gets on when driving a round when its sunny, i feel like a lot tension and a thumbing forehead and i feel sick and its always on sunny days for a good year and half its been happening, its also while and on days where its raining dull with all people driving with head lights on bright. i rarley go out driving on nights. but as sun goes and sat at home later it seems to subside i start to feel ok . but it happens all the time but for 2 years i thought it was to do with my eye problems i had but as they sorted them selves out its not that and its every day. never been a big headache sufferer. but i do suffer from a bit of axeity when i,m not right which does not help. my gp thinks it all in my head as i suffer a bit from axiety any ideas ???? thanks
