I've had several episodes of severe dizziness, mild nausea, mild bilateral headache and severe tremors that have lasted about 40 mins but have been getting worse. The shaking is so bad I can't hold a glass of water with two hands. Forget about driving or even walking safely on my own. It does however, mostly go away on it's own. No light flashes/black spots or anything like that.
I used to suffer from severe migraines w/ aura but haven't for several years...big increase in drinking more water, elimination diet to get rid of allergy foods, etc. NOT easy but it worked wonders.
This new thing is NOTHING like any migraine I've ever had. 2 docs thus far have told me they "think" it's one of the most unusual forms of migraine they've ever seen. I know symptoms can change over time but they usually change gradually and I can't find any info to show something like what I'm experiencing. Headache journal (includes diet and stressors) shows no patterns at all.
I'm in Alaska and the medical pool here is even worse than the lower 48 but I am awaiting appts down south. Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced anything like this.
Thanks for reading!
