Please, Everybody:
If you have migraines look into the possibility that they might be caused by celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
I used to think gluten sensitivity only caused digestive symptoms, but there are over 200 other ways it can manifest with or w/o the digestive issues: vit defic, migraines, peripheral neuropathy, liver problems, pancreas prob, breathing problems, thyroid dis., rashes, just so many. And it's thought to be hereditary.
I've had migraines for years, and lately they were daily; a friend suggested that I go on a gluten-free (g-f) diet. It's been 3 wks now, and I've had 2 headaches.
When we research from a migraine angle, gluten doesn't show up; when we research from a gluten sensitivity angle, it's right there as a cause for migraines.
Please, please, look into this.
