Has anyone had any luck with using coQ10 for headaches? I just went back to my family Dr (whom I see because he has personal experience in dealing with chronic daily headaches with his own daughter, he's more likely to stay abreast of new treatments). Anyway, after my last failure with wellbutrin (was feeling a little depressed too), this last trip he said "I've got something new to try for a while, try taking 300mg of coQ10/day (100mg - 3xday) and 400mg of riboflavon (vit B2). Lots of people have had success with this." It seems harmless enough (and definitely compared to what I've tried in the past) so I started yesterday. I researched it and found a few places talking about studies done which showed it helped. He also said if this doesn't work by itself, people have been adding singular to the mix. That seems harmless too. I took that when I had bronchitis (pre=headaches). Anywho, just curious.
