Neuralgia with migraine?

Hi all,

last night i was fighting a migraine and my lower back starting freaking out with nerve pain,

true i have lower back problems but they are usually muscular in origin.

this also happened second night before last. same migraine system, i think.

i have noticed that occasionally in the past, i have had pudendal nerve pain (yes, in crotch) or going down or near there on either side of my groin.

i also get abdominal migraines from time to time.

I was hoping that the neuralgia was part of the migraine and not a whole new problem. Have others experienced this?

i wasn't sure to put ice or heat on it. tried both. eventually valium and sleep seemed to be the ultimate cure.
