After a bad migraine I feel unwell for about a week depending how bad it was and also the time of year. Winter and Spring are the worst.
I have Raynaud's as well. So when I get a very bad migraine I most always get a Raynaud's attack which will include tingling sensation in my hands. I will get the migraine, then get very very cold, losing circulation to all my extremities. This is how I get the tingling in my hands. It takes me 4-5 hours to warm up. When it is this kind of situation, I am usually not my perky self for a good 2 weeks. I am tired and sluggish and my head sort of is tired from it all, maybe a bit achey.
