Hello Sir,
I am suffering from migraine since 6 years.I have tried all the medicines and ayurveda and homeo medicines.Anyway I got some releif,but still persisting.
Nowadays it became very chronic.I have to take 2 Pracetamol [500mg each] every day.I am having head ache on my right side of the forhead above eye brow.I feel like somebody using a hammer and hitting me.

Can u please tell me what it might be??

You'll have to tell me what country you're from; pracetamol is tylenol in the US. Tylenol, in dosages too high and for too long can cause liver damage and is not considered a front line migraine medication, so it sounds like you're treating yourself without benefit of a migraine specialist?.
With some over the counter medications and with some prescription meds, using them every day will actually cause the headache.
A lot of people have triggers; triggers are things that cause a headache. Triggers can be something you eat, odors from perfumes, lights from lamps, cars or fluorescent lights. We're not Doctors here, but I would tell you that taking tylenol every day is probably not helping you much and you should look into finding a neurologist.

Why haven't you paid a visit to the doctor yet, instead of taking just a Crocin or trying Ayurvedic and homeopathic medicine? Frankly, don't ask question here, none of us are doctors, go to the doctor, thats the best solution. First get a diagnosis. BTW, how old are you?
When you go to the doctor, do tell if you have blood pressure or cholesterol issues.

Make a diary with following sections (listed below) and write down every time you get headache, do it at least 5 to 6 times before heading to the doctor so that the doctor gets a clue. If your headache is unbearable, just go the doctor and get the medicine and then start keeping such diary. Take this diary next time you visit the doctor. Don't know how useful it will be if you doctor is interested in making money then actually looking at your history, like most Indian doctors are, still it will be a very good reference for you. I am keeping such diary for last 6 months and its helping me so much to figure out if a medication is helping me or not, or if certain food i triggering my headache or stress is a trigger factor etc etc.

Good luck my friend. Headache is giving me company for last 4 years so know exactly what you are going through.
