Hi Im pinkfloydfan73

I am brand new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself

I suffer all the time with headaches my syptoms are sort of releived if I press down on my eyes( does that make sense) does anyone have anything similar? if so can you help me?

I often push on the site(s) where the pain is the worst; it helps alleviate the pain briefly; I tend to think it has to do with the nerves that are involved.
Are you seeing a headache specialist?
