Alexia , does anyone else suffer from this before

I occasionally suffer from alexia, ility to or the lack of abilty to comprehend written text on occasions.
My GP says its the aura before migraine. I am taking topiramate and after a couple of recent evenets the episodes
seem to have stopped ( please be true )

Anyone else suffer the same ?

I am struggling with complex migraine they say ( or possibly TIA) but if it is migraine it is leaving me iwth residual weakness in one hand/arm. I get a lot of symptoms, metal taste, altered perception, visual dsturbances , back of head pain. I wake up out of the migraine during the night or early morning.I get a weak left leg, and a left arm.
Intense nausea on occasions,I have this sensation, this "internal itchyiness" is the only way i can discribe it and it at that point I start to lose the ability yo read moer than four words in a row.
I also lose the ability to understand what people are saying to me if they speak to fast.
I watched with real interst the serene branson on TV migraine experience because that happens to me too.
But losing the ability to read it so awful i could cry. Thankfully after I have taken the amytryptyline it is much better now.
