Headache increases when bend backward

from yesterday, I had a severe headache in the right side of the brain.
that headache is not really like anyone I had before.
it increases when I move my head ( bend ) specially to backward it becomes very severe.

The day before yesterday,
I had shivers approximately for an hour,
and it started suddenly and the air wasn't that cold.
I felt too cold, pale hands, generalized fatigue, severe headache and Fever.
and suddenly I felt as something is moving hardly ( slowly ) inside my skull
from frontal to occipital lobes between the bone and the brain.
After that hour :
everything disappeared and only remained the fever and headache.
the fever reached only 38*C, and was treated by suppositories.
AFTER the suppositories I faced :
* a very high rate of tachycardia.
* Very obvious pulsation.
* disturbance in the vision and photophobia.
* disturbance in the general sensation.
* very high noisy sound ( whistle ) in my ears.
after lying down it started to go normal in minutes.
Now the headache is remaining for 2 days
but today is higher and I took paracetamol and slept but no effect at all

Welcome and sorry you're not feeling well. There aren't any doctors here, just fellow migraine sufferers that like to offer their support.

If you haven't already done so, I would strongly encourage you to call your doctor's office and ask if they want you to come in. It sounds very much like you have a virus of some sort (e.g. a cold, the flu or some other virus entirely). If your fever reaches 39C you need to make an appointment (no if, ands or buts).

A couple of things could be causing the headache/migraine. 1) You could have a sinus headache from the virus (are your sinus's stuffed up?). 2) You may have a migraine (this is what it sounds like). When you get sick, your migraine threshold decreases and you are more likely to experience a migraine. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

That annoying noise (whistling) that your hearing... my guess is that it is tinnitus. If it's new, it should go away when the virus clears up.

Call your doctor, explain what is happening and hopefully s/he can check you out.

Get plenty of rest and liquids. Maybe try listening to some relaxing music.
