know some women can start having migraine at around the time of menopause, my grandmother did.
But on the other other hand menopause can often end migraines for women that have suffered menstrual migraine for years (I live in hope!)
Hormones definately play a huge part thats for sure because the only 3 times I have been completely migraine free since I was 17 (now 38) is both times I have been pregnant and when I missed a period completely last year due to a major life changing event.
I know during menopause your hormones are all over the place
