Oh, how I feel your pain. I started having headaches about 6 months ago with my period. At first they were tolerable, would only last a couple days and I could ignore them. They have progressively gotten worse. Now they last the entire time I have my period, and I have to take medicine in order to function. I saw my GYN a couple weeks ago and was given percocet to take for them. Because we can't take NSAIDS (and I can not take birth control) she said she didn't think she could do much to help the headaches besides give me pain medicine.
I'm debating whether to ask for a neurologist referral to see if there's anything I can do to help prevent, rather than just treat them.
By the way, what crohns med is causing the headaches?
