Pain on the scalp and shooting pain behind the eye.

I was wondering if I really had TN. My doctor said he thinks I do but his upper says that he does not think it is because of symtoms pain is moving around sometimes. It started with a 7 day headache which was not affected my light or sound. Then I started to get shooting pains behind the right eye lasting 10-30 seconds about 3 of those per 6 hours which made my right eye close and for my balance to be thrown off a little. So that has been going on I had an MRI which came back clear. The headaches and pain in the scalp which is the top of the crown. I have not had a headache in about 2 weeks but then today it hit suddenly and sore spot on the scalp is now near the middle of the head. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Also I have tried medication but it doesnt seem to help I am currently taking Relpax to see if that help but so for it doesnt. Thank youl.
