Hi all.
I'm new to the forum and am sure many can figure out why I'm here.
I hope to be able to contribute as well as get support.
So far, I know my triggers are hormones, stress, cold, and fluoride. Believe it or not, I think my Fluoride migraines are the worst of the bunch. It is quite upsetting because I have sensitive teeth and the fluoride rinse is the only added step that helps with the sensitivity. The toothpastes help only minimally, tap water has fluoride in it, and I'm not afraid to drink it, but that isn't enough. The rinse is definitely the step that works... but it is the straw that breaks the camel's back, or maybe to better describe it, makes the camel want to stomp on my head!
I would love to find a research scientist that looks into various things that are linked with migraines. I spoke to a couple of people, and have found that they have multiple symptoms, seemingly unrelated, but when you put the group of people together and look, maybe the symptoms are all related.
Check this list out and see if you can relate:
Family history
Migraines
TMJ
Tinnitus
Excessive ear wax
Sensitive teeth
