Hi. I am new on the forum. I am trying to find solutions and the main reason of my headache and I am desperate.
I am going to physiotherapy for my back for the last two days. The thing is, after physiotherapy, the next day I have terrible headache. It is kind of a pulse in my whole brain. Coming from the back of my head, spreading sides and behind my eyebrows. It is always there, pulsing with my veins and it hurts so much. Yesterday, I thought it might be because I am tired so I went to bed early. But today, it is still the same. I can't even lein, then my head is about to explode.
I also considered that it might be because of the traffic. To go to the physiotherapist, I drive and the traffic is awful. I don't know which is the real cause. I have been in awful traffic before but I have never had these headaches for this long. Only an hour or so and less painful.
In physiotherapy, they use ultrasound, hot pulsing plasters and 2 minute very weak massage. Could it be because of the plasters or the ultrasound? I took a pill yesterday(int the afternoon) before the physiotherapy(at 17.30) because I couldn't handle it. Even with such a strong pill, I had the headaches right after my physiotherapy session.
Should I mention this to my physiotherapist? I don't think she will care about it but maybe ask them to change the procedure? I am at work now and I can't even move my head or look at the screen for more than 30 seconds it hurts so much.
