Learning Series-***New***

I am starting a new "Educate Yourself" series...I am going to start new posts and have some Migraine, Cluster and general headache information. I feel that the best thing we can do for ourselves is to be educated about what we are dealing with....and that is why we are all here anyway (well, the support is amazing also)

I just want to begin by saying that I enjoy having you all here and that if some of the information is "Headache 101" level...please do not think that I am talking down to any of you...I just figure I should start at the basics and we can all learn together. Please feel free to respond and add your experiences to the threads...
