Migraines due to neck pain, please read

I have had migraines/headaches all my life, but the last 7 years they have ruled my life. I have been to 26 doctors. I have ended up at a great pain center in Lexington, KY that I had gotten some injections in my neck for shoulder, neck and trap pain. When I went in for my last check up I had had a horrible headache for 3 days and she said lets give you a shot in the head and see if the pain goes away and if it does it will prove the pain is coming from the neck. She pushed around right below the crown in the back of my head hunting for where she wanted to place the 3 injections and the second I raised up the headache was gone and I was pain free for a week. So that proved that the pain was coming from the neck. So I scheduled a Rhizotomy for Dec. 20 for the left side and Jan. 11 for the right side. Today is Christmas and that Rhizotomy was so easy and the only headache I have had is the one I woke up with one morning after staying up wayyyy to late. Took a pill and it went away within half an hour. Before the procedure I had headaches 5-6 days out of 7. We did the left side first because it was the most painful. We havent event done the right side yet. I pray this helps some of you out there. I will keep you guys in my prayers. I know your pain and your frustration. Believe me there have been times in the last 46 years that I wanted to hang it up, but keep moving forward. You will find relief.
