PAIN IN HEAD

Hi, i have been taking headaches for 2 weeks now every single day and i never suffer from headaches unless a hangover, the pain is mostly from the back of the head but now its starting to hurt a bit on the top and different places i have a tiny small bump near my temple and a small bump on left of my forehead which hurt a little when touched the headaches don't hurt most of the time, the pain seems to come anytime i move my head slightly. i also have sore shoulders and stiff neck and sit at computer desk 12 hours a day Can anyone advise me on what this could be please.
